1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing swanforestcamp.com (the "Site") and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Site is operated by Go Run Rabbit LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Site or use our services.

2. Description of Service

Swan Forest is a Burning Man theme camp. This Site provides camp members with tools to manage their membership, pay camp dues and fees, access camp information, and coordinate logistics for the annual Burning Man event. Go Run Rabbit LLC manages the camp's finances, infrastructure, and web platform.

3. Membership and Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

4. Fees and Payments

4.1 Camp Dues

Camp dues cover shared infrastructure, meals, shade, power, water, and pumpout services for the event. Dues amounts are set annually and communicated to members through the Site. Partial payments (deposits) are accepted.

4.2 Additional Services

• Bike Storage: Annual fee for bike transport and storage between events
• Additional Pumpouts: Extra pumpout services beyond what is included with dues
• Merchandise: Camp merchandise available through the camp store

4.3 Processing and Hosting Fees

All payments include a credit card processing fee (2.9% + $0.30, passed through from our payment processor) and a $10.00 hosting fee that supports the development and maintenance of this website and backend infrastructure. These fees are displayed as separate line items at checkout.

4.4 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your payment card information. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Camp Dues

• Before June 1: Full refund upon request
• June 1 – June 30: 50% refund upon request
• After June 30: Refunds handled on a case-by-case basis

5.2 Bike Storage

Bike storage fees are refundable in full if cancelled before bike pickup. Once your bike has been picked up for transport, the fee is non-refundable.

5.3 Processing and Hosting Fees

Processing fees are non-refundable as they are charged by our payment processor at the time of transaction. Hosting fees are non-refundable.

5.4 How to Request a Refund

Contact your RV captain or Camp Daddy on Telegram to request a refund. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Event Disclaimer

Burning Man is an inherently risky event held in a remote desert environment. By participating in Swan Forest camp, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Swan Forest and Go Run Rabbit LLC are not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur during the event. All participants are expected to carry their own health insurance and follow Burning Man's safety guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GO RUN RABBIT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
